So, the pattern is exactly what I said originally - Cast on 50 stitches and hold them on three needles. With a 4th needle, Knit 2 stitches, Purl 2 stitches, continue in this pattern and join in the round. Carry on, around and around until they are the desired length, then bind off when you are done. Keep in mind that they will shorten when they are on. They are fine at the length I made them, but I thought they were almost too long. Good thing I didn't make them any smaller.
I hope the links to YouTube tutorials are helpful. This is the way I knit! When I come across a stitch or pattern that I don't understand, I just look it up on YouTube. I can watch it over and over again, pause, rewind, etc. until I get it!
I wasn't sure if I liked the colors in the variegated yarn when I first bought it, but now that they are done, I like the combo! It's different, but bright. And bright's probably my #1 concern. :)
They are super cute!! :)

ReplyDeleteThose are so cute! I have been totally intimidated by attempting knitting in the round. I have watched tutorials and bought the needles, but I haven't gotten up the courage to do it yet. I think you may have just inspired me to finally try :)
