Pumpkin pie before dinner

Because she spotted her pregnant Momma doing it she wanted to join in.

Daddy took her out today in her pj shorts and her t-shirt that says, "If you think I'm cute, you should see my Daddy". Then she napped and put on her pink Sunday dress to play in. Wires crossed much???

  1. I MUST get your Pumpkin Pie recipe and give it a go. Sounds and looks YUM! It will make a change from Pumpkin Soup and Paula V's DELICIOUS Pumpkin Lasange :)
Check out Oce's curls. Oh so cute!

  3. @ least you both are getting your beta carotene & what ever else is in pumpkin that's so good for us! I say let her eat pie! It has pumpkin, milk, eggs. What more could you ask for?

On a related note, have you ever heard (yes, I know that you are WAAAAY too young to have heard him originally but he's super clean & funny!) Bill Cosby's Chocolate Cake routine? bwa,ha,ha,ha,ha!!

  5. I see absolutely nothing wrong with pumpkin pie before dinner. If it makes you feel any better, I guiltily sneak treats while I am in the kitchen and my daughter is playing so I don't have to share. Oh the things we pregnant women do!

    Your bump looks so lovely!

  7. I look at Oceana and I see Matt. Joshua is your little doppelganger. :-)

My almost two year old discovered pumpkin pie this year. There's nothing cuter than toddler pointing at the fridge saying "Punky pie?" with an incredibly hopeful look on her face.

And I must confess "pumpkin lasagna" sounds a bit scary, coming from the USA where we only use pumpkin in sweeties, but I'd be willing to give it a try if anyone has the recipe.

  11. I remember buying that t-shirt. Only the mother of a son with a beautiful daughter would buy something like that. I had completely forgotten about it until you mentioned it. Oceana is changing so much. She looks so grown up...not like a baby anymore. Her hair is getting longer and so curly. I truly hate getting to watch her grow up. Sorry:( I miss you guys so much!
