Have you tried pilates? I swear I did that after my 2nd child and I had lost all weight from the pregnancy and more in one month! It's amazing amazing amazing. And they sell the Windsor Pilates DVD that has a 20 minute session which is way easy to do with two kids. I think I've only managed the hour one once. And after a few times you learn all the moves and can flop on the floor during TV time.
