Havie's Christmas present

My sister asked me if I could make this dress. It would be her Christmas present, and she planned to wear it to a January '11 wedding.

I took on the project and the result is below. She changed the sleeve, but it's actually a transition sleeve, she will attach it with snaps in a couple different spots so she has a changing dress. Pretty neat, huh?
