Jackpot

Oceana got a package from her Gramma and Grampa Sams yesterday.

You know it's gotta be good when it's wrapped in bright pink paper!

And oh boy, was it good! This little girl got the full-on-spoil from Gramma and Grampa! Cinderella bedsheets, a Cinderella polar fleece, a Pooh Bear polar fleece, a purple outfit from the Caribbean (last cruise), Disney Princess undies (bring on the potty-training), socks, jeans with pink belts (!), and even a princess card!

This girl was coming out of her skin. And last night as she went to sleep with an ENORMOUS Cinderella face next to her - I said, "Jesus will protect you, and Cinderella will keep you company." There were no tears when we turned off the light and said Goodnight.

Wow.

I wonder if it's going to work tonight too?

**On another note, I'm going to the doctor in a half hour. Praise God. I can (almost) function with aspirin, but when I wake up in the morning (and it's been 8 hours since my last dose) I feel like I'm dying. I've been at this for 4 days. I just need some relief.

  2. Thank you for the gift opening pictures!!! They are so precious to us and we are so happy that she enjoyed everything. It is so much fun shopping for her. And a very happy birthday to you too, sweetie. I'm sorry you are sick for your birthday. I had strep throat once and it is no picnic. The headaches and sore throat are horrendous and it does indeed feel like something is in your throat. Bring on the drugs!!!
